If you hear an alarm coming from your Presrv™ Refrigerator Drawers, the main cause is that one of the drawers was left open and not closed completely. After 3 minutes of the drawers being open, an alarm will sound and the control panel display will flash with "00." To turn off the drawer alarm, push both drawers closed until they are full sealed shut.
