If the “R” indicator light on your refrigerator drawers control panel is slowly blinking, this indicates that the unit is in Demonstration Mode.

In this mode, the compressor and fans never turn on but all other functions remain enabled. To enable or disable Demonstration Mode, press and hold the Interior Light button and tap the Decrease Temperature button twice. For dual zone models, use the left side Decrease Temperature
button.
