1. Cooktop Will Not Turn On
Possible Cause
Solution
Tripped breaker
Check your home’s circuit breaker panel and reset the breaker.
Power supply disconnected
Ensure the cooktop is securely connected to wall power.
Battery is depleted
Connect the cooktop to wall power for 5–10 minutes before trying again.
Battery not integrated properly
Verify installation matches the instructions. See Installation Manual, p. 21.
Cooktop not connected properly
Confirm the installation is correct. See Installation Manual, p. 21.
Electronics fault
Contact Customer Support.
2. Wi‑Fi Will Not Connect
Possible Cause
Solution
VPN enabled on your phone
Disable the VPN and try connecting again.
Phone or tablet not updated
Ensure your device is running the latest software update.
QR scanning not enabled
Enable QR code scanning in your device settings.
3. Cooktop Shows Unusual Responses / Cannot Be Operated

4. Cooking Shuts Off Automatically

Cookware not detected

5. Cooktop Turns Off While Cooking

Avoid touching the power button during use. Keep it clean and dry.
Water or oil on power button
Wipe the button clean.
6. “System Pause” Is Displayed
Possible Cause

No action required. If paused for >5 minutes, contact Customer Support.
7. Fan Noise
Possible Cause
Solution
Cooling fans automatically turning on
Normal operation. Fan noise varies based on power level and internal temperature.
Fans stay on after cooking
Normal. Fans may continue running to cool the system.
Insufficient ventilation
Ensure proper ventilation. See Installation Guide, p. 13.
8. Cooktop Noise During Use
Some noise is normal—including buzzing, whistling, or crackling—especially with certain cookware.
Lower the power level or use induction‑appropriate cookware. See User Manual, p. 12.
Pan clicking due to power cycling
Use cookware better suited for induction.
Debris in cooktop fans
Ensure installation follows instructions. Fans should not be exposed. See Installation Manual, p. 13.
9. Power Level Does Not Increase

Unsuitable cookware
Use cookware appropriate for induction. See User Manual, p. 12.
Cooktop reached 15 kW maximum output
Reduce total active cooking zones or lower power settings.
Overheating or limited airflow
Allow the cooktop to cool and check ventilation.
Pan heating unusually or excessively
Reduce power level. Use better‑suited cookware.
10. Temperature Mode: Cannot Reach Set Temperature

12. Food Is Under‑ or Over‑Cooked
