This means the Clean Air feature is activated. The Clean Air feature is designed to turn the hood on every 4 hours for 10 minutes, helping to circulate the air in your home and keep it fresh.

Please try a power reset by turning off the circuit breaker that is supplying power to the unit at the service panel. Keep it off for 5-10 minutes. After that, switch back on.

Hood Blower Not Functioning Properly

Check to make sure your ducting is the appropriate size for your hood. Flexible ducting may cause this issue as well. Please refer to your manual for proper ducting specification.

The hood is not drawing smoke and odors |
Mounting height refers to the height from the bottom of the range hood to the top of the cooking surface below. Installing the range hood within the recommended mounting height range aids in the safe and efficient operation of the range hood. For the best performance, mount the range hood as close to the minimum mounting height as possible.
