How To File A Warranty Claim

There are a few steps you need to complete to file a warranty claim:

  1. Please provide us with your contact information by creating a new account on our Parts & Accessories Store: Create An Account
  2. Once you've created an account, register your product with your Zephyr product's serial number and model number: Register Your Product
  3. Review warranty dates for your specific model on the My Account Dashboard page which is accessible from the dropdown menu My Account at the top of the site: My Account Dashboard
    • Click on My Products on the lefthand sidebar: My Products

  4. Once the product is registered, please fill out a request form:  Submit A Request
  5. Please provide all detailed information regarding your Zephyr product's specific issues.
