DO NOT attempt to repair the microwave yourself. There is an internal high voltage capacitor which can hold a high voltage charge even after the microwave has been unplugged.

Microwave Runs But Does Not Heat The Food

There might be a problem with the high voltage capacitor or the magnetron | Check first if the door is closing and sealing properly. If the door closes and seals properly and problem persist, For safety reasons, we recommend contacting Zephyr for scheduling service. |
