Check first if the door is closing and sealing properly. If the door closes and seals properly, there might be a problem with the high voltage capacitor or the magnetron. For safety reasons, we recommend contacting Zephyr for scheduling service.

DO NOT attempt to repair the microwave yourself. There is an internal high voltage capacitor which can hold a high voltage charge even after the microwave has been unplugged.
